Dimitri and Daphne travelled all the way from United States, only to get married in Greece!
The pre-wedding event took place on a terrace of a traditional Greek tavern the night before, and was a warm welcome for all the guests who travelled from abroad.
The ceremony took place in the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens, a reconstructed magnificent church located in the downtown of Athens.
Right after that, mini vans took the guests to the beautiful Estate where the reception was held, and a violin and a cello welcomed them into one of the main parlours and the garden for the dinner.
The festivities ended with a farewell brunch at a central hotel.
Once again, main attention was payed to the welcome gifts that were delivered to the hotels, with traditional Mastiha liqueur, virgin olive oil in a custom made wooden box and sesame seed bars with honey.
